🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

Please plan accordingly. Early check-in/late check-out may be available by
request and subject to a fee.

Property Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy Payment Terms

  • Full payment (100% of the reservation total) is required at the time of booking to secure your campsite, cabin, or accommodation.
  • All reservations are subject to this cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

  • Refunds are based on the number of days prior to the scheduled arrival date that a cancellation request is received.

30 or more days before arrival:

  • 100% refund of campsite or lodging fees
  • Reservation/booking/processing fees are non-refundable

15–29 days before arrival:

  • 50% refund of campsite or lodging fees
  • Reservation/booking/processing fees are non-refundable

14 days or fewer before arrival:

  • No refund (100% of all fees forfeited)

No-Shows & Early Departures

  • No-shows (failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without notice) will result in no refund.
  • Early departures do not qualify for refunds for unused nights, regardless of reason.

Weather & Acts of Nature

  • The campground does not issue refunds due to weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, insects, smoke, or other natural conditions.
  • Refunds will not be issued for conditions beyond our control, including power outages, road closures, or utility interruptions not caused by campground negligence.

There is a property travel protection plan offered for additional cost upon checkout.

Modifications

  • Reservation date changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
  • Any approved modification must comply with the cancellation timeline above.

Agreement to Terms

By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy in full.

🔇 Quiet Hours
● 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Help us preserve the peace of the Northwoods by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

🐾 Pet Policy
● Dogs must be on a leash at all times, unless in marked off-leash areas (Dog Park).
● Clean up after your pet at all times.
● Aggressive dogs and excessive barking are not permitted.
● Do not leave pets unattended outside.

🔥 Campground Etiquette
● Speed Limit: 5 MPH — kids and critters are everywhere!

● Campfires: Use designated fire rings only. Never leave fires unattended.
● Trash: Dispose of all waste in provided bins. Don’t leave food or garbage outside.

● Respect Others: No site-hopping or cutting through campsites. Keep voices/music at a respectful volume.
● Children: Must be supervised, especially near the lake and playground.
● Alcohol: Permitted at your site. Available for purchase in the restaurant/bar.

● Visitors: Must check in at the office. Day guests are welcome until 10:00
PM.

All guests are welcome in the Hidden Shady Nook Restaurant & Bar.
Don’t miss: Daily specials, live music nights, and our beautiful lakeview deck (seats 50!).
Hours for Restaurant Are: Thursday – Sunday: 10 am – 9 pm

● After-hours campground help: Contact the Camp Host (see posted number at
the office).
